Semi-automatic pulse welding unit

The impulse bar sealers hpl 450/630/1000 AS seal any type of thermoplastic (as well as compostable and biodegradable materials) plastic film and aluminium laminate film.

The sealing and cooling time can be set separately and, with the integrated cutting device on the AS models, the film length can easily be adapted to the item being packaged. A reel dispenser is optionally available for various film widths.

Welding length from 200mm  till 1800mm.
